The reception have been generally nice and welcoming but I had a bad experience on the phone they didn't reply to my queries and they close the conversation in rush. I called again and they even didn't say sorry but they just tried to find excuses.
After 3 weeks my two feelings are causing me a strong sensitivity I can't drink cold water or eat anything hot. It's so disappointing.
I went on Saturday at 18.00 and told them that i am in severe pain, but although they say that they have open appointments now, they told me to come on Sunday morning because there is no doctor. So i did not go anywhere else. I went on Sunday morning and again told them that i cannot even eat and im ready to pass out. But again, they told me to come on Monday evening. AND NOW IM STACK WITH PAIN AND ALL DENTISTS CLOSED. I HAVE TO GO TO WORK ON MONDAY IN PAIN, HUNGRY, DIZZY AND READY TO PASS OUT AND THEN GO TO THE APPOINTMENT. This is very unprofessional. STAY AWAY. I dont think i will go to the appointment. If they are so unprofessional with basic, human, common sense things, imagine what will they do with more complex things, like having tools in your mouth.
The waiting times are horrendous. Despite, the person at the desk saying that we are called exactly when our appointment is. The dentist says that my teeth are perfectly healthy but, one needs to be removed. When I ask her of the cause then she refuses to speak. Do not go, unless you want to increase your pain or worse go from normal to unhealthy. The place looks professional but, it's so deceiving and the staff are novices and know nothing and depend on the patient for most of the information.
Came for an emergency appointment and he service was so good I ended up changing my dentist to this one. IT's a very clean and nice practice and they offer to see you on the first floor if you can't walk down the stairs. They provide a really good care and everyone is really nice and welcoming from reception to the dentist. Also very happy with the treatment - recommend to anyone that needs a new dentist (they also have Polish staff and Urdu speaking staff for people that can't speak English )
Dental care: Dentist thinks he has x-ray vision so no x-ray was required to find out the state of my teeth. No medical history taken or any questions asked. Had one filling done (badly) on Saturday, still suffering after 4 days. All that's supposed to be included on your first NHS visit was skipped conveniently and asked to go for cleaning privately. Dangerous and irresponsible.
The assistent of dentist seems so rude and the doctor won’t do proper check up ! I have done X-ray and provided with me but dentist didn’t know how to check it . I provide as well my dentist note from Poland about what he have done before ( in Latin language - where all the dentist use it ) . Someone told me before to be aware of that clinic but it was the only one open today and I had emergency. Thank you .Read More
